WE ARE STILL HERE
We are returning to lightly scheduled medical visits and selected cosmetic visits for our pre-existing and new patients. This will ensure adequate time to allow for cleaning and social distancing.
Masks are required for entry and for the duration of your visit.
During any in-office medical visit,
a mask must remain on at all times. We are pre-screening all patients to ensure the safety of others and our staff as well as ensure a pointed and efficient visit.
Botox and selected laser procedures may resume.
Esthetic and filler services, when being conducted, are using a mouthwash and limiting time without mask. Please contact our office to see if such services are available and able to be performed as safely as possible.
Telemedicine continues to be the safest was to address your limited skin concerns. Acne and rashes are good fits for these visits. There are 2 options: coordinate a zoom telemedince call though your insurance OR use our link for a self pay, asynchronous telemedicine visit (you submit your history and photo through a 3rd party HIPAA compliant portal).
If we do not feel telemedicine can adequately assess your condition or if a procedure is needed, we will make arrangements for an in-office visit.
*Special consideration will be made for transplant, elderly and
skin cancer patients.
PLEASE KEEP SAFE & PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING
MASKS AND APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED

"I have problem skin, so I have seen at least 20 dermatologists in my life ... Dr. Alvarez is my favorite of all... super knowledgeable, great listener/thoughtful responses, caring, doesn't push products... can't ask for more than that."
- Erica D. (2019)
"Best botox on the beach."
- Verified Patient (2019)
"Short wait time. Friendly and knowledgeable doctor. Went in due to irregular acne breakouts and she was very thorough with the examination and involved questions to get to the root of the problem. Definitely will go again and make her my regular dermatologist!"
- Courtney A. (2017)
