FINANCIAL POLICY
We have simplified our billing process and require credit card on file (CCOF) for all patients. Having insurance does not guarantee payment or coverage for your services and may leave you with a balance. Payment is due when service is rendered and includes but not limited to copayment, and a estimate of your co-insurance and deductible. Procedure charges are separate from consultation charges. You are entitled to an estimate for any procedures and we are happy to assist you in understanding any anticipated costs. Your insurance will alert you directly of your financial responsibility and any decisions made regarding coverage or denials (explanation of benefits).

Word of caution: some insurances deem common hair loss and non-medically related concerns as cosmetic and will not cover your visit. Please contact your insurance before your visit to ensure coverage as denial may leave you with a balance. 


INVOICING, CHARGES AND REFUNDS
All small balance charges (<$10) will go directly to your CCOF. Payment request for charges over $10 will be sent twice before your CCOF will be processed. A receipt will be sent to you. Any refunds owed go to the card of original payment. If you have any questions or concerns with any charges or amounts owed, our billing team is here to help.

CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT POLICY
New patients require a $50 deposit toward services to secure your first appointment. Procedures or time blocks of significant nature may require a deposit. These deposit are subject to our missed appointment policy

Missed Appointment Policy: In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly p
rovide a 24 hour notice or a "No show" fee will apply. A "No show fees" occurs due to failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment >24 hours from your anticipated appointment time or failure to show without notification. These fees cannot be charged to your insurance and will be charged to CCOF or invoiced. Current fees are: $50 for medical, $75 for esthetic, cosmetic or facial, and surgical appointments.
