DR. MARCY ALVAREZ
Dr. Marcy Alvarez, our board-certified dermatologist, specializes in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology.
Dr. Alvarez completed her medical and residency training in the greater New York area. After graduating from Bronx-based osteopathic dermatology residency, she worked in both private practice (Tribeca and East Hampton) and hospital based academic position (Elmhurst Hospital Center in Queens, an affiliate of Mount Sinai).
This Florida native returned to Miami Beach to open Lincoln Road Dermatology in April 2011. After 10 years of practice here in the heart of South Beach, we have welcomed and cared for thousands of families, visitors and individuals from all corners of the world.
LORENA, ESTHETICIAN
Bringing in over 12 years of experience to Lincoln Road Dermatology, Lorena is a highly trained professional esthetician with expertise in detailed facial extractions, Hydrafacial, chemical peels for anti-aging and pigmentation, derma-planing, facial massage, microdermabrasion and microneedling.
Initially trained in Germany, she has worked with exclusive skincare lines and has a meticulous touch and focus. She is fluent in both German and Spanish.
She has a special interest in acne treatment and scar reduction. She has a gentle yet meticulous technique for extractions and microneedling.
